By participating in our bidding platform for artwork, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
- By using VISAR's services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Bidding Process
- Bidding Frequency: Users may submit a bid for an artwork once every 24 hours.
- Bid Amounts: Bidders must adhere to the minimum bid increments as specified on the bidding platform.
- We will provide regular updates on the top bidders every 7 days. These updates will be posted on our Discord and Facebook platforms for transparency.
Artwork Listings
- All artwork listings are subject to availability. VISAR reserves the right to remove or modify listings at any time without prior notice.
User Information and Privacy
- VISAR is committed to protecting your personal information. All information submitted through our platform is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
- By bidding, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Payment Terms
- If you are the top bidder on March 30, we will contact you. You must reply within 24 hours to confirm your purchase. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to offer the painting to the next top bidder.
- Successful bidders will receive an invoice via email after the bidding concludes. Payment must be made within [3] business days to finalize the purchase.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Quezon City.
Modifications to Terms
VISAR reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
